Step 02
Launch & Communicate
In month two we design your “launch roadmap” that outlines key milestones and metrics for your social impact program launch and operations. We conduct your 2nd impact design session where you review, iterate, and approve the launch roadmap. We also design your company all hands launch deck for you to use to communicate to and engage all employees.

Step 03
Build & Make it Public

Train & Support
Once your programs have been launched we invite an internal point person from your company to join the Core Social Impact Collective. The Collective is made up of other high growth companies in our portfolio at about the same stage as yours. Our team runs monthly sessions to train, coach, and connect social impact leads at high growth early stage companies to ensure the long-term success of your program and to encourage collaboration between companies.
